Howdy folks, I'm looking a replacing my integrated single oven (which is goosed) with, possibly, one of these. Does anybody on here own one and can comment on their performance? Can anybody find any reviews for the OB60SCEX1 model? I certainly can't! Thanks peeps!

Where in the world are you based? As far as I know, Fisher and Paykel is an "antipodean" brand - Australia & New Zealand mainly - don't think I've seen them retailing in the UK (but have seen them for sale & used them in Australia). I think it is a brand identity for another global maker like Whirlpool or similar.
Well I never! Here's their UK website;

But I was right about their heritage;

Fisher & Paykel Appliances has been developing products and markets for over 70 years. Founded in 1934 by Maurice Paykel & Sir Woolf Fisher, has grown from humble beginnings to become one of New Zealands most enduring and successful businesses.

Hi, thanks for your reply. I'm based in the UK. I saw one of their ovens on the Comet website - there are also quite a few listed on EBay. For some reason I thought they were one of the better quality brands - the equivalent of NEFF or Bosch - but now I'm not so sure, hence my original question...
Having family in Oz, I'm lucky enough to have travelled around Australia and New Zealand a lot and they are pretty much everywhere there. Certainly most of the self-catering accomodation we have used has had Fischer & Paykel stuff in. Our antipondean cousins are very big on supporting their own businesses, I always found it pretty good quality - they even do top loading washers!!
