i suffer badly form migranes, often caused by cheese, choc, oranges, diet coke, red wine and tomatoes!! all the good stuff!!!!

whenever i use my mobile phone or cordless land line i get a horrible migraine on the side i am using it. Its really bad im having to use loudspeaker.

I read somewhere that it's MOSTLY down to dehydration and stress.

What I do to get rid of it is just drink alot of water fast. I've done this more than once and it has worked.
