Parsnip mash

Bought some lovely bargain veggies today which included a bag of parsnips.

I am going to make cottage pie tomorrow and thought for a change I would put some parsnips in the mash.

As I normally roast them I'm not sure on how to do this.

Can I just boil them with the potatoes?

Yes you can, add a little nutmeg when you mash them - delicious!
