Info needed on Dutch Bank

I have a friend (and stress it is not me) who has money in a Dutch Bank called RABBO BANK has anyone got any knowledge as to how this bank is at the moment and if possible can any say if there is a Dutch depositor's compensation scheme in Holland just in case the worst happens

All EU member states MUST have in place a compensation scheme of at least �20,000.

The Dutch Deposit Guarantee Scheme currently has an upper limit of �100,000 for banks licensed by the DNB.
