I printed off a Times cryptic crossword last week, but now I've accessed their site I can't work out how I did it!
The Guardian (http://www.guardian.co.uk) is free, as is the FT, and the Indy publishes their crossword on line, but has no archive.

Mephisto in the Sunday Times is also free, as are the crosswords from the Observer (the Guardian's sister paper). Also the Listener in the Times and the ev (Enigmatic Variations) in the Sunday Telegraph can be downloaded free of charge. Magazine crosswords available online include the Spectator and Private Eye.
As of last month ALL Guardian and Observer crosswords are free. You do have to register however.

This includes the monthly Genius Crossword which is worth 100.
