AOL and eBay on Windows XP

Yes I'm still having problems .. why is it nine times out of ten, whenever I give my password and Click to go into eBay, my PC goes into shutdown ? Does anyone else with AOL get this? It is driving me mad. I can get into eBay thru Mozilla Firefox but can't get any further, i.e. trying to click on the thread to send someone an invoice . Is it AOL or my PC?

Delete your browsing history in Internet Explorer.

Do this by going to Tools -> Internet Options. Under "Browsing History" click "Delete". These instructions are for Internet Explorer 8, it's slightly different for Internet Explorer 7.
