Hi think it was nat asking about the Love In A Box scheme for the troops in Afghanistan, as long as the shoe box does not weigh more than 4kg the Post Office will send it for free, address it to a British Soldier, BFPO 792.

it's very simple Max, just put things in an ordinary shoe box, seal it and address it, put on the outside something to say where it has come from, we are just putting Debs on the box. You can put all sorts in, toiletries, sweets, packet custard!!!! use your imagination! I send a loo roll with a miniature whiskey in the tube!!! Some have sent things like liquorice and polo mints, it is really hard to get it to 4kg so donlt worry about that too much! Don't put chocolate or anything fresh in it.
