Boundary fence ownership
I know who owns the fences on each side of my property but who owns the one at the bottom between the two properties in parallel roads? Can it be jointly owned as my neighbour thinks? There are no 'T' marks on the Title Deeds of my property on the bottom boundary.

Anyway - it can be jointly owned (party fence) as can any boundary between two properties.
The good thing about the bottom fence is it can easily be disguised with bushes, shrubs and so on.
As boundary disputes can wreck neighbour relations I would consider agreeing it is a party fence, suggest the cheapest possible solution that is satisfactory to both of you and get planting.
