Cannot read beyond 3 answers!

Apologies if I have posted this in the wrong place but I am getting fed up with not being able to read all the answers etc in answerbank!

I simply cannot get the page to move up so I can read all the answers on the posts! This only happens when I am in answerbank - I am sure that there is a simple step I need to take to remedy this!

To get this to chatterbank I have had to minimize the page to 75% zoom level, which then takes me to - on the left jobs and education but no further down, if I change the zoom even lower I simply cannot read anything.

What am I doing?????

try these responses to their problem. Alternatively switch it off & on again. Then delete all cookies and temporary internet files and delete histories. The restart tinternet.
