I have this all somewhere. I wrote it all down a long while ago out of interest in the scoial aspects of gay life.

I think it could lead to some embarrassing situations. A lot of the colours are very similar.

If you were at the hankie shop, and you were looking for a Blue (light) (wants head) hankie, you couldn't let the salesman fob you off with Blue (teal) (c0ck and ball torturer).

I'm sorry ... that hankie looks a bit teal to me !!

And what if your hankie fades in the wash, and comes out a different colour ?
