This question has been asked a couple of times recently, and the general consensus was that the city is Phoenix, Arizona.

It certainly isn't New York, and Hollywood is not a city, it's a neighbourhood of Los Angeles.

The question was taken off a New York City magazine Website with New York, Miami & Hollywood as the choice of answers. I guess they must be wrong then!

Once again, Phoenix AZ has never been called Paradise Valley although a town of that name lies within the Greater Phoenix Metropolitan Area, near Scottsdale. http://www.ci.phoenix.az.us/CITYGOV/history.html
