Do you just want clues? I'm not too good at explaining them but
7 ..Swiss type timepiece ...
10 Remove the centre letters of Daughter and add one
11 It runs in the clue ..game bird....Up at farm big man ..behead these words

10 is 5 letters.
11 is 9 letters.
