Used to eat so much junk, I could get through 3 curly wurlys and 6 bags of wotsits in one night. So I thought, enoughs enough and since Thursday last week, haven't had any sugar in my tea (used to take 2 sugars) and not had hardly any choc at all, most days non but treat myself occasionally cus you got too. I'm so much better, I've been walking 30 mins each day after work two. Trying to be healthier and lose a bit of weight as I used to always be 8 and a half stone but in past 2 years I have put on stone and a half so now 10 stone. Want to get back to 8 and a half but also be healthier and happier

Thanks 4get, can't believe I'm sticking to it, normally no choc only lasts half a day lol so I'm really pleased
Someone handed in a sample of a new yogurt here.It was tarta limon.
Which i tried and loved , tasted like lemon meringue pie and absolutely lovely it was .
If i smoked id be having a ciggy after the pleasure from that .

I'm doing the same, so much easier to regulate what I eat now it's just me and not having to think about "proper" meals for him and portions and such.

Have just got myself a nice fresh soup for lunch with an apple and bottle of water and have found a lovely lunch place which does gorgeous salads as well.

I don't seem to be as hungry either now I'm less stressed :)

I've got to sort out the gym soon too as used to be so good but not been for years now :(

I used to go to the gym but I prefer to go for walks now plus its cheaper, mind you with the darker eves and colder weather gonna have to force myself out the house.

Good grief! 8 n half stone??? I dont think ive been that weight since I was 8 n half in age.
I could cut out all the goodies I have and still be same weight. I dont have sugar in tea anyway or coffee and hardly ever snack.
I know Boo, I was wondering how she could eat so many naughty things and stay so tiny...I wanna know your secret :)

The gym near my new place is a bit pricy, can afford it but not sure if I want to pay that much. Where I love now though is lovely to walk around as it's round quays so will try and do that.

I have decuded I'm not anatomically cut out for jogging (rather too voluptuous and I'd know myself out) so may try and learn how to power walk without looking like an idiot :)

Am on ground floor now though so may be able to do my exercise DVD's again without worry the people underneath the ceiling's gonna cave in and I'm sure it will amuse the cat!
LMAO @ B00! I don't think I have, either. I've lost 4 and a half stone this year, but I'll always be a million miles away from 8 and a half stone! :)

Good for you, karmgirl! I'm not a naturally healthy eater, so I have to really force myself- especially as it gets colder. :(

4 and a half stone is great whiskey.

Jenna, I've been 8 and a half pretty much throughout my teens but think now I'm 21 maybe my metabolism is slowing down plus been eating more and got the implant. Think the secret was a fast metabolism.
I would recommend fruit in jelly to snack on low calories and low sugar as most of it is water that is what my dietician told me. I am diabetic type 1 used to love sugar but have sweetners as substitute.
