Can you tell me for example you earn around 200 a week but have been made homeless, if there is any way you can still get help on paying the deposit for a flat, from the government? a loan from a credit card company isn't possible in this case because of low credit. Thanks in advance.

if you are homeless, you wont need a deposit because your local council will have a duty to house you. Once this has happened, you can save up weekly for a deposit
That depends on why you are homeless. If the Council consider you have made yourself intentionally homeless - eg were evicted for nuisance or damage, or any other reason they might use to get out of it, they have no duty to house you and you're a bit stuck!
