hi, not sure if this is the right place to ask, but i was wondering if anybody knows what a good price for a large glass aquarium is, i have a 21" x 48" x 24" tank, it holds about 300 litres/67 gallons, its a little tatty but watertight, ive advertised it for 90 (the light and a uv filter with new tube will be included) i really have no idea if this is a fair price, i know a tank of this size is between 400-500 if bought new but mine is second hand, old, and has seen better days, i dont want to seem like im asking for too much so any advice from someone who has a better idea about this than me would be much appreciated!

If all you're selling is the tank a light and a UV, you'd be looking to get 40 max for it. If there was a cabinet, filter, lid, heater and a few more bits, i'd be looking at 100. Second hand tanks are 10 a penny these days and sell really cheaply.

As a matter of interest, where do you live ?
