Have you seen the ad for British Gas?

When I saw this ad, I thought the people in them were going to a golf club dinner, dressed in their smart shirt and ties. British gas used to service your boiler and central heating, for which you paid a premium. Now all that happens is they put a pipe next to the boiler outlet and check for "emissions". When I asked about checking the thermostat, cleaning out the boiler and checking the radiators etc the man said they didn't do that any more. So what the fcuk are we paying our money for? If there's a problem, they cut you off and tell you to get a contractor. British Gas? My 4rse!
