My grans hair!

My grandma has a soft perm, and it looks so nice after the hairdresser has done it for her and blown it. But when she comes to style it herself after she has washed it, she cannot seem to handle it! She moans that her hair is thin and frizzy etc. Does anyone know of a good shampoo and conditioner that will completely volumize her hair and make it feel strong and twice as thick? One that is good for permed hair? I quite like the Redken range but i'm not too sure which would be best from that range. Thanks.

I think it's not so much the shampoo but the way it is dried! That can give the impression of body that is not normally there.
