I think you can in a post , the same as the swearing filter doesnt work in posts .

I think this must be some sort of auto correct , similar to on hotmail when you type in your email addy in caps it changes it for you .

I just tried writing BBC as an entire answer and it turned into lower case. I think if an entire post is in capitals it will be shrunk but (I presume) it won't happen on this one where there are some majuscules and some minuscules

I tried to 'Shout ' in a title thread and it all came out in lower case -bit annoying as I would have at least put a capital at the front of her name.

LOL @ Ethel -testing testing lol -and no i'm not trying get even further up Ethels a**e -see how I starred that as a measure of respect :P
