In Morrisons today I picked up an entry form to win a �500 'Red Letter Day'. In order to enter the prize draw I have to fill in the application form, (name, address and signature) and enclose a receipt for a 200g jar of Nescafe coffee. Now my understanding is that where there is no skill involved then entry was open to everbody without purchasing any qualifying product. Have the rules changed?
