i had roast chicken yesterday
today i have made a thre cheeses and lewek and bacon quiche

for tea as
my mate is coming round tonite for a girlie night in

and to dye my hair for me

plus lots of drinkie winkies too

so far my day is good

my hubby set off to blackpool for 4vdays

I was having a leisurely day at home but youngest Junior Overall's school has just phoned to say he is concussed after falling off the wall bars in the gym. Grrrr.

oh poor junior overall, kiss better, chicken in oven and veg prepped etc, Ive put on 7lbs but it is a month yesterday since I had a cancer stick yippee.
