Sunny type song, 1998-ish, young black girl singer.  Video had her sitting/singing in the back of an open top car, whilst computer generated butterflies flew around. Any thoughts?

Des'eree or haw ever you spell it.

I think the song was called "life" or "oh life" Or that may have just been the chorus !!
