i have recently logged onto my computer when i found that a search engine under the name errr. something beginning with ENZ has downloaded itself, after this my computer has recently slowed down, somtimes stopped working and also put certain files on my computer relating to spyware,viruses and adult material, how do i get rid of this ?? please,i have no restore disk and it wont let me do it manually

without its full name its difficult to give a precise answer to your problem.i assume you have a spyware removal programme such as adaware 6 se or spybot installed,if not you can download one from download .com and these will scan your pc and rid them for you.
