Moderators should be from outside of the side so as to ensure impartiality at all times.On this ocassion i must concur with docs moment of sanity , impartiality is essential and when friends and family come into it like doc says in reality SOME school prefects even police turn a blind eye on ocassions to friends and family.tO REMOVE THE POSSIBILITY OF ACCUSATIONS OF BIAS ETC THE EASIEST THING IS TO HAVE IMPARTIAL OUTSIDE MODERATORS .

Don't see why it's a problem to be honest?

Most users on this site are impartial, it's only here, on this section where we form groups- with group A disliking Group B. You hardly think the Ed is going to choose a moderator from any of us lot do you? Somehow I don't think he's that simple!!

As 4get says- if you abide by the rules of the site- and lets be honest, they aren't exactly hard to follow if we all act like rational adults, we should be ok.

I think the only people who have to worry are those who constantly break the rules for their jollies, and quite frankly the day they get 'moderated' from the site can't come soon enough.

Incidently- where ha the Ed stated that the moderators will be chosen from the site?
