Lactose-free Ice Cream
2 Answers
Has anyone got a reliable recipe for lactose-free ice cream? A friend of mine loves ice cream, but is lactose-intolerant and I said I'd try & find a decent recipe for him. Ta. K.

It's amazing how many more lactose free items there are now like margarine and ice cream and yoghurt. I can't get uised to soya milk and don't like any of the alternatives - so I have been having tonnes of soya yoghurts instead and I can manage the soya strawberry flavour milk. There is a new milk that is called lactate - that is meant to be virtually free of lactose but I'm too nervous to try it.
