Asda Frozen Peas

Whats happened to them? They used to taste much better than other supermarket brands but the last packet i brought are hard and horrible they taste just cheap and nasty now - or do you think i have a bag from a bad batch? Has anyone else noticed a change?

not bought asda peas for a while,as our local asda 9 miles away,pos that packet had end of season peas,did you go in,write to h.q re this,may get refund.have you bought any sinse?

no i've not done any of those things! Just thought about it as i need to buy some for freezer when i go shopping later and just thinking if i ought to buy birds eye or risk trying another asda packet - hence asking if anyone else has noticed this, trying to establish whether it was a 1 off or general.

I've tried most brands of frozen peas but after buying Birds Eye I wouldn't buy anything else, they may be a little more expensive but they're always sweet and tender.
