Pork Gremolata

Had a recipe from a magazine for the above. Had green olives, passata, white wine and other things in it. Now lost the magazine. Can anyone help, thanks

The traditional recipe for gremolata is simply garlic,parsley and lemon peel........that may be what you are missing.

Thanks pastafreak. It's the recipe and method for the actual pork that I need. I can remember the gremolata but not the the main course recipe.
