Hi sweetie

I asked in a recent thread whether you use coconut in the Goan egg curry - unfortunately you've not been back to it.

Could you let me have the recipe for it please.

Hi Jack.... sorry I missed that one !

Anyway, here's the link to my favourite egg curry recipe - it's really easy (just a basic curry sauce around hard boiled eggs). I don't tend to use coconut but I know the traditional Goan curries do use a lot of coconut and tamarind (I'm not that fond of either of them though).
