Went to buy a poppy today from my local newsagents, didnt get a pin with it, the assistant said it was because chidren might buy these what???and prick themselves for gods sake get a grip!!!!!

That is ridiculous, all i can say, is that I have pins for When I go out collecting, (from the1st) and the ones in the shops right now, all have pins.

If you look back over the years, i've no doubt that there has been the occasional accident, but thats life, and if you don't have a buttonhole, how on earh are you supposed to wear them.
