For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.Residing in the U.S. as I do, I'm admittedly not familiar with the brand you describe. However, almost all brands are the same in a few respects. One is they split in half at a clearly defined centerline. The two halves are held together by two or more screws. One would take all of the screws loose and carefully seperate the two halves. I've done this and always do it on a work bench with a clean cloth on the bench so I clearly see any loose parts that fall out.
There really shouldn't. be any loose parts, other than a spring on the trigger mechanism, but take care anyway.
Once apart, the rotor or armature will be readily visible since it's most likely the largest part inside. Locate the existing brushes and see if you have the correct replacements. If so, they are fairly easy to remove and replace since they are held in spring loaded holders. The electrical connection end should be easily replaced as well.
Keep in mind, if your drill is new enough to still be under warranty, most manufacturer's will void the warranty if the drill has been split.
