Remembrance

Does anybody know the proper words for the poem they always read on Remembrance Sunday. I goes something like,
"They shall not grow old, as we that are left grow old. etc."
I would be grateful for any help.

Darest We Forget
Why do you still march, old man
With medals on your chest?
Why do you still grieve, old man,
For those friends you laid to rest?
Why do your eyes still gleam, old man,
When you hear those bugles blow?
Tell me why you cry, old man,
About those days so long ago?
Ill tell you why I march, young man,
With medals on my chest,
Ill tell you why I grieve, young man,
For those I laid to rest.
Those heroes gave their lives, my friend,
That we might live in peace;
But with all our due respects, my son,
That peace is still not won.
The men who paid the highest price
May not have reached their goal,
But what they did for us, young man,
Was lay a foundation stone.
For peace is never won, my friend,
Its not something you can own,
It comes from thoughts and deeds, young man,
Of man and man alone.
So when I leave this life, young man,
And can no longer mourn,
I pray the future cares enough,
To strive for the peace they sought.
Failures not an option
The price cannot be paid.
Spare a thought for wars great price,
And thats why I parade.
My grief is not just history
Its not just the distant past;
Its for whats happening now, young man,
And what might come to pass.
To remember is to warn ourselves
And make sure that we strive
To work as my old comrades did
And keep their dream alive.
