Hi Jayne. That's all about I can manage too. I even bought one of the little carving kits last year but it made it look worse!!
I will stick to my trusty kitchen devil to carve mine today.

You can't beat a little knife (ask Hannibal Lecter!).

But you need a serrated one to get through the outside.

I'm going to have one on my balcony, and I'll take a bagload of "treats" out with me tonight in case we pass any kids in good costumes.
