where does one get an enhanced disclosure and how much does it cost,

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.then I suggest you toddle down to the jobcentre and have your eyes opened (or look the the jobcentre website) there are any number of jobs that expect YOU to pay for the disclosure, they may organise it but they want YOU to pay. Good employers ? what good employers, with the low demand for workers and the high availability of workers they have plenty of choice and yes when the odds are high sure your going to do your best to get the job by doing anything it takes. I'm afraid 99% of employers are scumbags
Try jumping the fence.....you do some employing (am sure you can think of something to drum up finance & utilise people). You will appreciate what employers are up against; employees running to tribunals if you dont smile a welcome when they're late for work, etc.

As it happens I do have a job, my sister is the one looking and naturally nursing homes etc are the most available to her, having 60 � to her name really helps when she has to pay for the disclosure. As it also happens most jobs now are through agencies and basically I find working through one (like I do) a total rip off but then one needs to eat and pay bills
