I think it is Eric Sykes and Hattie Jaques. Haven't checked it though.

Just checked on line. It was them but have found her name spelt Jaques on some websites and Jacques on others.

Yes, I have the same, and have just found that her birth surname did not have a c in it but her stage name did, so the answer must be the spelling without the c. Thanks.

on the fundraising quizzes site under queries, the setter has confirned that the second 6 should be a 7, hope this helps.

Thankyou very much chorley9. I did look under typos, but never thought to look in queries; AB is really playing up today. It wont let me post stars and keeps freezing me out halfway thro my answers, so hope you get this ok.
