As at regular times XP creates a restore point, you may want to delete all but your latest one. Start>Programs>Accessories>System Tools>Disc Clean Up select the Second tab More Options and it's all from there (this includes unused programs).....Then you have Tab One which has the tick boxes, it's safe to delete all the bit's in there.
Finally in control Panel you can select Internet Options where (although this is a tiny amount of space) you can delete your cookies, history and saved pages....if you do this though and use password auto complete ensure you know all your passwords and log in names...for example next time you log onto AB you will need to enter your user name and Password as of course the above will have deleted the stored info.
Remember that doing this doesn't leave you with the option of going to the recycle bin and restoring the file(s).
