Does it make sense to talk about a 'central point' of the Universe?

Measurements of the 3degree background radiation show remarkable isotropy (meaning you get the same reading whichever direction you look in). So unless by unbelieveable coincidence the earth is at the centre then this evidence seems to support Einstein.
