Does anyone else find themselves grooming themselves more than normal when they're really stressed or annoyed?  When I get angry about something silly, I tend to reach for the mirror and start plucking my eyebrows.  I don't mean I pull them all out, i keep the my normal shape.  It just seems to steady my mood a bit, because I have to concentrate on something fairly small, maybe?  Just wondered if anyone else did it.

Yep me too - but am inclined to overdo the plucking - even do bikini - that takes ages so am calmed down
leg waxing! or a good long bath (the kind where you *should* have time to read but just don't what with all the mud masks & conditioners & depilation & by that point the water's cold)
Yep, I do it too. I generally start off with a long bath (with all the exfoliating, masks, etc) and end with waxing and eyebrow plucking, and feel so much calmer by the end of it all.
im like that cos when im stressed i tend to apply loads of make-up all the time lol :)
