Peppermint Delight

Does anyone remember Peppermint Delight cakes? Its something my Nana used to make and had a cornflake base, with a layer of peppermint icing on top and then a layer of chocolate on top. Would like to make them myself but cant remember the ingredients, does anyone have a recipe? Thanks

Here's a weet-a-bix alternative

Crush 3 weet-a-bix
Stir in 3oz sugar,6oz plain flour,1 t/sp bak powder & 1 tb/sp cocoa
Melt 4oz butter & add to dry mix.
Combine & press into greased 11"x7" tin
Bake 180* for 20 mins

Ice with white peppermint water icing while still hot
Ice withchocolate water icing when cold & set
Cut into fingers
