Does anybody know of a pet cage designer / builder for animals such as chinchillas, chipmunks etc. UK only

You could try a company called "Hamster Baskets", whose address I unfortunately do not have to hand nor do I know exactly where they are - they have advertised in the likes of national press, Exchange and Mart, etc. in the past. They make all kinds of mesh structures to measure or individual design, and I have bought from them various baskets (freezer and other storage) which are very well made - try getting their phone number because their people have proved very helpful in discussing detailed requirements.
