No. The title to the land remains yours.
If the land is not registered (i.e. your property is not listed at the Land Registry), your neighbour would have to make use of it continuously for at least 12 years (without you ever raising any objections) before he try to claim the title to it. (As long as you make it clear during the 12 year period that the land is yours, and you have no intention of relinquishing the title, he won't be able to do so).
If, as is more likely, the land is registered, your neighbour could attempt (subject to conditions) to claim the title after 10 years. However you'd then have a two year period in which you can simply reaffirm your title to the land and put an end to his claim.
