enforced holidays

I work for a production company and now will finish work two weeks early as they are closing the factory. we will be paid but will have to work the hours back next year as overtime. can they do this? thanks sassey

Sounds like 'enforced time in lieu' , not 'enforced holiday'.
Can't see why not.
