Cautions

In 1994 I was cautioned for handling stolen goods, although the case was thrown out as it turned out the goods were not stolen. Anyway, I want to apply for a job which will perform a Basic CRB Disclosure. Will this shown up?

hmmm, i though a caution was the same as an admission of guilt? how was the case thrown out if you accepted a caution?

All I was doing was cleaning the items and had no idea of their origin or to whom they were sold. The guy they wanted persuaded the police to let me go, apparently, so I was cautioned. I can only assume they were convinced the goods were stolen, despite the outcome
