Sound blips

Right posting in the correct category as no-one believed me when I posted a Techie Q in CB before
I have a TV in the bedroom and a TV in the livingroom.
I have Sky on each.
I have noticed in the past week that there are dips in the sound and even loss of sound for a second on both TVs so it cant be the the TVs.
I dont understand why its just ITV -as if it were through Sky then you would think that all channels would be affected.
Anyone any ideas -o and forgot the screen has frozen a couple of times as well -always on ITV.
