Omega 3 fish oil supplements

Hi - does anyone now where I can get these from preferably in the shops - apparently it's meant to make your hair grow faster and in better condition - true? and does it have any other positive/negative effects? Thank you in advance x

Holland and Barrett is a good bet for general fish oil, but try and buy the most expensive type you can afford! Holland and Barrett brand does tend to be weaker and therefore cheaper.

I earlier posted on another thread, that since I've been taking Omega 3 Fish Oil capsules, my hair is in ex-condition & growing at an amazing rate. My hairdresser even mentioned this today, when I went for a trim.

For the last year, I have been taking Holland & Barrett, Naturally Inspired, EPA Fish Oil Concentrate 1000mg, High in Omega-3 Fatty Acids. I bought a bottle of 250 cap's & take one a day. Hope that helps.

easily found in boots and most chemists, eye-q is a good brand. Lots of health benefits and not just for hair!

I found a negative effect......if you burp it tastes fishy

P.S. These have also made my nails much stronger, along with the old joints!

Yes, I can confirm that not only does it make your hair grow it also makes nails grow.  Seven seas extra high strength cod liver oil is excellant
