Can anyone help me please, I live in a flat and need to soundproof under the floors to stop neighbours noise as it is unbearable at times,what is the most effective way to go about it as there is at least 2 different ways on the net,one a spray foam and another is similar to loft insulation. grateful for any advice thankyou

Syd...the one that's similar to loft insulation is "Acoustic roll"..........but you'd have to lift most of your floorboards to install it.
At best, it will just deaden the sound.........the only solution to airborne sound is density..... that is... a concrete floor...................not very practicable though :o)
I've never come across a spray I'm afraid.
