Spots on backs

Does anyone know a good remedy to get rid of spots on back? I have really bad ones and I'm worried that they will scar.

Try Neutrogena visibly clear body wash every time you shower. I love it.

I've found that really dries the skin up (which is good, stops it being greasy so stops the spots).  Problem being, it's really itchy.  Apart from that, it works well.

Oh, and I don't like the smell of it either.

Go see your GP. Is often an androgen (hormone) problem, which can often be successfully treated with drugs. He might otherwise give you antibiotics. Good luck.
