I have a sony ericsson w760i and have purchaced a Sandisk micro m2 memory card memory card which makes the phone crash . The card is 8gig , are they compatable ? or is the phone software in need of upgrading ? The card also makes my sons sonyericsson c902 crash ,but in a w880i the phone does not crash but a message says "no memory card inserted" Any help would be great . Cheers

firstly go to GSMARENA.com and search for your mobile, it should tell you there what is the max size of card you can put into the phone. If that fails try formatting the card using your pc, if that doesnt work you have a faulty card, which is not that likely with san disk as they are OEM. It sounds very much like you need a smaller capacity card.
