boiler
help
ive had a new combi boiler put in last january, since the weathers turned acooler we put the radiators on last nigh, 3 of them were cold and warm, so i used a bleed key to let air out,
straight after that my boiler flashed up with a fault f37, in the manual it said low pressure we opend the fill loop tap and topped up the boiler to 1.5 pressure,, and the fault code went of,
radiators were red hot, and all seemed ok,
but, now it seems that after the rads have been on the pressure starts to drop again and we have to top up , i dont seem, to see what the prob is,
my boiler is a ferroli domi compact f30 b wall mounted condensing combi
could we have done something wrong by bleeding the radiators help

it is possible that when you topped the boiler up you didn't fully close off the filling loop so the system has overpressurised, the boiler has dumped the water out of the back via the pressure relief valve and then the valve hasn't closed properly.
your still under the manufacturers warranty so call them in.
by the way, that overflow pipe is meant to go thru an outside wall, potentially if you were in the garage and the pressure relief valve opened up you could be sprayed with scalding hot water.

I have experienced my boiler dumping hot water thru the overflow into my garden. It gushed all over the path and I'm glad I wasn't on the path at the time...
I have a Ferroli. And have had the fault code you have blondie. And much more besides. My rads were not hot tho. Let's hope you only have a leak to worry about. That was what was originally assumed when my new system starting playing up. Ferroli was very reluctant to consider that one of their boilers may actually be faulty. After a long battle, a chilly winter - indoors - my fitter demanded a new boiler and the difference is amazing.
