Taps/Plumbing

My kitchen tap is obviously 'furred up' with calcium deposits, as it doesn't pour properly and sprays water all over the place, which is extremely annoying, as it always wets my sleeve and the splashback. I have tried squirting stuff up it and also tying a plastic bag under it with descaler and leaving it to soak (various varieties) and also poking it as far as I can go with a screwdriver, but nothing works. Help - any tips please?

If yours has one and if you poked a screwdriver up into the faucet, it's obviously been destroyed. They can be replaced from any DIY. Check to see if yours has one. Otherwise, a total replacement of the fauce may be necessary...
