I found this one and thought that it seems that this whole thing is getting out of hand.

Does any one else here think the same as Bernados is stating in this ad?
I know children can be a pain and I know its only an ad but is it a wonder that children are out of control when it adults are responsible for the way they behave?

Who would disagree with that then... if that's the sort of question being asked i.e. "are children a more unruly, criminal lot than ever before" then the answer would have to be yes. No every child, not even a significant portion, but some yes.
I simply don't have the time now but I know I could point to countless instances of children doing all sorts of things which would be considered unruly and criminal.
LoftyLottie - thanks for fighting my corner when I wasn't here.
Don't get me wrong I don't have a problem with children, I have a problem with misrepresentation of statistics and surveys. If somebody asked me if I thought children were more unruly and criminal, which I would answer a definite yes to, I'd be very cheesed off if this was presented as me hating them.
Also where is the link between the survey and the comments used in the advert, I can't see one. Bit like me producing a report which suggested many people in this country are Nazis based on a question I have interpreted in one way and the backing it up with quotes from a Nazi forum on the internet.

As a 14 year old girl, i could easily agree with both sides of this arguement.
Society these days has created children to behave inappropriately. Parents speak of their children negatively witthout looking at their own actions. If a parent is rude, swears, or uses vulgur terms, or is generally a tempered person, the child is more likely to get into trouble also.
Children are becoming more involved with police at a younger ages now days because not only has time changed, but the economy is on its bum and parents are not paying much attention to their children.
Although this, as a child, i know other parents that are finding their childful a handful, but not all children, young adults behave like this.
:)
