If a recipe calls for 1 oxo cube (which I can't seem to find in stores) is it equal to 1 packet?

of course not one oxo cube equates 15 fluid ounces!!
All grocery stores sell Oxo cubes! Where the heck are you looking?

And no, it isn't equivalent to 1 packet :-)
read the packet instructions
Hey guys...maybe she is not in the UK.....no need to shout at her.
You can just make up enough of any powder/dry/cube to make 450 ml/ 3/4 pt.
Maybe she was looking for a single cube to buy, if so Hett then have a look for a red packet containing a few cubes. Open packet and take out one cube.
